July 2-4- Sex, Scandal, and Sensation conference at Falmouth University (UK). Tickets can be booked here (scroll down). It's "an interdisciplinary and global exploration of the role and impact of
the sensational, the scandalous, and the sexual in literature, film,
television, gaming, and other forms of cultural production" so it's not specifically about romance. I'll update if I come across a conference programme and can give more details about romance content.
August 16-18 - RWAu's conference will include an
academic symposium (on 16 August), hosted by The
